Shipping is free to France, Belgium and Luxembourg, on every order. Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days in France, 8 to 14 to Belgium and Luxembourg. We do not ship outside these three countries yet.
Order by 15 October to have it before the 31st. Past that date we cannot promise Halloween, which is why the cut-off is published rather than hidden.
The parcel. It ships directly from the manufacturer, in its own retail box — not in Aternity packaging. No invoice, price tag or receipt goes inside, so it can be sent straight to someone. We cannot slip a printed card in: the parcel is packed by the manufacturer, not by us.
Returns. 30 days from delivery to change your mind — no reason needed. French law requires 14; we give you 30. If the item does not match its description, the return is on us.
