Questions

How do I use it?

Three to four drops on clean, dry skin, morning or evening. Press it in, let it absorb, then follow with moisturiser. In the morning, finish with SPF — Vitamin C and daily sun protection work better together than either does alone.

When will I see a difference?

Expect weeks, not days. Skin usually looks fresher and better hydrated within the first two weeks. Anything to do with the look of dark spots or overall tone takes a month or more of daily use. A serum that promises you an overnight change is promising something Vitamin C does not do.

Can I use it with retinol?

Yes, but not in the same application. Vitamin C in the morning, retinol at night. Layering the two at once raises the chance of irritation without adding benefit.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The texture is light, but Vitamin C can sting on reactive skin. Patch test on your inner forearm for two days before putting it on your face, and wait until skin has calmed if it is actively irritated. If you are being treated for a skin condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.

How long does one bottle last?

The bottle holds 30 ml — roughly 600 drops. At three to four drops once a day that is four to six months, and the two-bottle pack close to a year.

That is arithmetic from the dropper, not a figure we have measured, and most people use more than three drops. Treat it as an upper bound.

How should I store it?

Closed, upright, away from direct sunlight and heat. Vitamin C oxidises on contact with light and air. If the liquid turns deep orange or brown, it is past its best — that is chemistry, not a defect.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Shipping is free on every order, to France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days in France, 8 to 14 to Belgium and Luxembourg.

The serum ships from our supplier rather than from a warehouse we own — that is what keeps the postage absorbed in the price instead of added at checkout, and it is why delivery is measured in days rather than hours. We do not ship outside these three countries yet.

What will the parcel look like?

The serum ships directly from the manufacturer, in its own retail box. It is not Aternity packaging, and we would rather tell you now than have you find out on the doorstep.

What we do control: we ask the supplier for no invoice, no price tag and no third-party leaflet in the parcel. Nothing inside shows what it cost, so it can be sent straight to someone.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?

Order by Tuesday 8 December and delivery before the 24th is realistic on the 7 to 12 business day window. After that we cannot promise it, and we will say so rather than take the order anyway.

We would rather give you a date you can plan around than accept an order on 20 December that lands in January.

What if I do not like it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed — French law requires 14, we give you 30. If it arrived damaged or does not match its description, the return is on us. Write to help@aternity.cc.

Are there customer reviews?

Not yet, and we are not going to fabricate any. The shop is new. When real customers have written real reviews, they will appear here as written.
