  • Your skin concern and what else you are already using, if the question is about the routine. That is what lets us answer precisely instead of generically.
  • Photos, if a parcel arrived damaged or a bottle leaked in transit.

If you are writing about a safety issue

If a product seems unsafe to you, or you had a reaction, tell us at the same address. A safety report takes priority over everything else in the inbox, and we are required to inform the authorities of any serious incident.
