A €29.99 Vitamin C serum. Here is what it does, and what it does not.

It will not erase a wrinkle, and it does not replace a dermatologist. Vitamin C supports a brighter-looking complexion with consistent use. “Looking” is doing real work in that sentence: this is a cosmetic. It changes how skin appears, and it takes weeks rather than days.

We write appearance claims, not medical ones. “Brightens dull-looking skin” and “helps fade the appearance of dark spots” are worded that way on purpose. A cosmetic is not a medicine, and copy that blurs the line is copy worth distrusting.

We do not invent social proof. You will not find a star rating, a customer review or an order counter on this site. The shop is new and has no history. The day real reviews exist they will be published as written, including the unflattering ones.

Shipping is free, and we would rather say why. The serum is shipped by our supplier, not from a warehouse we own. That keeps the cost low enough to absorb the postage instead of adding €19 at checkout, and it is why delivery takes 7 to 12 business days rather than 48 hours.

We ship to France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Not outside those three countries yet.

Thirty days to change your mind. French law requires fourteen. You get thirty from delivery, no reason needed. If the product does not match its description, the return is on us.
